Der Workshop bietet einen Überblick zu Bewerbungen, Jobsuche und dem aktuellen Arbeitsmarkt. Künstliche Intelligenz wird dabei kritisch betrachtet: Wo kann sie unterstützen, wo nicht, und welche Risiken gibt es? Gerade für Menschen, die sich nicht in ihrer Muttersprache bewerben, kann KI hilfreich sein aber es bleibt aber nur eines von mehreren Werkzeugen im Bewerbungsprozess. KI ersetzt aber nicht die eigene Denken, Erfahrung und persönliche Entscheidungen.

The workshop gives an overview of job applications, job searching, and the current job market. We’ll take a practical, critical look at AI: where it can be useful, where it falls short, and what risks come with using it.
For people applying in a language that isn’t their first, AI can be a real help but it’s just one of many tools in the application process. However it doesn’t replace your own critical thinking, experiences, or personal choices.

Just as with sexuality, someone’s gender identity is defined by their feelings, not their actions. It is who we are, not what we do. So, no matter what governmental roadblocks are implemented, no matter what healthcare, language or books are banned, no matter what misinformation is disseminated, trans people have never stopped and will never stop existing.
